Account and Data Deletion Request

Your privacy is important to us. If you wish to delete your DropFlow account and all associated data stored in our systems, you may request permanent deletion at any time.

1. What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon receiving your deletion request, we will remove all data associated with your DropFlow account, including:

• Authentication identifiers (Google, Apple, or OAuth tokens)
• Your in-game username and account profile
• Game progress, virtual currency, and virtual goods
• Leaderboard records and race ghost recordings
• Any other gameplay-related data stored in Google Cloud Firebase

2. How to Request Data Deletion

To initiate deletion of your account and associated data, please send an email to the address below. Your request must include enough information for us to verify your identity and locate your account.

3. Information to Include in Your Email

Please include the following details in your data deletion request:

• The subject line: "DropFlow Data Deletion Request"
• Your in-game username
• The platform you use (Android, iOS, or other)
• The email or account associated with your sign-in method (Google Play Games, Apple Sign-In, etc.)

This information is used exclusively to locate and verify your account for deletion purposes.

4. Processing Time

Once we receive your request, account and data deletion will typically be completed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is finished.

5. Irreversibility

Please note that deleting your account is permanent. Once completed, your progress and data cannot be restored.
